1994 was one of the most tragic and controversial seasons in F1’s history, the spectacular B194 from Benetton was no exception to the drama. The car was disqualified from the Belgian GP after the skid block on Schumacher’s car was measured as having an illegal amount of wear. It was speculated that it had some form of traction control, but that was never proven. Despite its colored track record the B194 was very dominant in Schumacher’s hands who won his first world title this year after colliding with championship rival Hill at the final race in Australia.
